VIBE ships to every province and territory in Canada. Pricing is in Canadian dollars and there are no surprise customs or duty fees on delivery.

Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day usually ship the same day.
Returns & refunds
Changed your mind? Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
How to start a return
- Email support@vibephone.ca with your order number.
- We send you a prepaid return label.
- Once we receive the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.
1-year warranty
Every VIBE product is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If something fails under normal use within 12 months, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it — no charge, no hassle.
If an item arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement right away.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your province. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
How do I return an item?
Email support@vibephone.ca with your order number within 30 days of delivery. We'll send a prepaid return label; once the unused item arrives back, we refund your original payment method.
What does the 1-year warranty cover?
